Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is allowed till the status of the order is “Processing” (i.e. before the order is confirmed).
For order cancellation requests, kindly mail us at [email protected] with the details like order number and reason for cancellation.
Order cancellation is free of cost, the customer is entitled for full refund in such cases.
Refunds will be issued to the same “bank account /card /wallet” used at the time of placing the order.
Return Policy
Please note below for raising return/refund requests
- Products should be unused and unwashed.
- Products should not be altered or modified in any ways.
- Original packaging and label should be intact.
- Requests should be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- One such request is allowed per order.
You can raise a return request via the “Orders” tab present under “My Account” section.
Refunds will be issued to the same “bank account /card /wallet” used at the time of placing the order.
* Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Return Fee of Rs. 150
We provide a reverse pickup facility for all return requests. In case, our logistic partner does not support reverse pickup at the customer’s address, the customer will have to send the parcel back to us and ₹50 will be added to their Refund amount.
Please note that after pickup, the reverse parcel can take anywhere between 2-20 days to reach us. The refund will be processed only after we receive the parcel back and product(s) pass(es) the quality check process.

Size Related Concerns
We take utmost care while designing our garments as per size mentioned in our size charts also we leave enough margin in the garments to make it one size bigger. We appreciate our customers getting it altered as per their likings.
Non-acceptance of COD Orders
In case, the customer does not accept the COD order after dispatch, such customers will not be able to place COD orders on our website in future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer in NO COD list.
