We aim to deliver your orders in the fastest possible time and the best condition.

1. Shipping is free all over India.
2. Order will be delivered within 2-7 business days.
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly mail us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing the order.
4. Deliveries will be done as per the latest COVID-19 guidelines set by the government.
5. We use third party vendors for our logistic needs. So if the delivery is denied, lost or undelivered by the vendor to your preferred location, the customer is entitled to receive full order amount as a refund.
6. Mighty Threads shall not be held responsible for any loss or/and refund until below mentioned guidelines are followed while receiving the order.
   1. If the parcel is received in tempered condition, the customer shall not accept it.
   2. If the parcel is intact, for any kind of grievances regarding missing or damaged products, the parcel opening video is mandatory. 
   3. In the event of a customer denying receiving the parcel, while the courier company shows the parcel as delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery message. Mighty Threads will share the Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company. If the customer still refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Mighty Threads can only assist in raising the concern with the concerned courier company.
