Pricing

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. The company cannot confirm the prices, quantities of the products until after the order is placed. In the event of erroneously mentioned data, the company shall have all the rights to cancel/modify any such orders in order to rectify the data. The customer will be notified of any such modification and proper action of fulfilling the order or cancelling and refunding the amount will be taken by the company.

Non-acceptance of Orders

The company reserves the right to not accept and/or process any order from any customer for any reason without any notice and/or intimation. If the customer has already paid the amount, it will be refunded within 10-15 business days from the day of any such cancellation. Reasons for such cancellations can be many including a customer returning the products frequently, customer returning used products, customers not accepting COD orders without any reasonable explanation leading to or capable of leading to a monetary/reputation loss to the company.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to process your order.

 Unconfirmed/Declined/Fraudulent Transactions

In case of fraudulent transactions,  the company reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from the person using the Site fraudulently. We also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever with respect to any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our payment partner
